Working Safely in the Greenhouse has been created to train workers in pesticide safety, as required by the EPA's Workers Protection Standard (WPS). It satisfies all requirements for WPS worker training, as is appropriate for national audiences of both commercial and public greenhouse workers who speak English. The DVD consists of six scenes which can be chosen separately from the menu or viewed in entirety. In scene one Polly, a new greenhouse worker,completes a successful interview. Scenes two through six cover Polly's first day of work as she receives a greenhouse orientation and she and other new workers are given WPS training for their new jobs.

This DVD has been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency as meeting the criteria for content and quality of materials used in the basic safety training for agricultural workers as required by the Worker Protection Standard for Agricultural Pesticides (40 CFR Part 170). EPA Approval Number WPS-10-W-5.
