Fall and Winter Gardening in the Pacific Northwest
Fall and Winter Gardening in the Pacific Northwest PNW0548
Author(s): Pat Patterson
Many cool-season crops produce well in the fall. You may be able to hold them over in the garden in areas west of the Cascades, or where winters are mild. By using protection in mild-winter areas, you may be able to harvest cool-weather crops throughout the winter. Planting chart gives dates for mid-Willamette Valley.
