The Philosophy of Fair Judging
The Philosophy of Fair Judging VT0032   The Philosophy of "Fair" Judging is designed for anyone involved in judging activities. It focuses on the development of a uniform philosophy that will improve the judging experience for volunteers, extension faculty who train judges, and fair superintendents. Divided into four sections, the first three describe the E's of judging: evaluation, education, and encouragement; a final segment gives helpful hints to new judges. Co-produced by Ellen Murphy, WSU Extension youth development specialist, and Ernestine Porter, Extension clothing specialist from the University of Idaho.
