Building Communities from the Inside Out (Includes workbook) VT0077   Building a community using the assets mapping approach is illustrated through case examples. Focuses on two Washington community programs: the Family Focus Project in Spokane, and the Star Youth Program in Tacoma. Aimed at professionals who work in community and economic development, public health, or social services; elected, appointed, and tribal officals, community leaders, and Chamber of Commerce members. The participants received the basics of building neighborhoods and communities from the inside out, identifying human, physical, and institutional resources.
