Mapping Your Way to a Sustainable Future & Creating a Sustainable Future (Video & Book Set)
Mapping Your Way to a Sustainable Future & Creating a Sustainable Future (Video & Book Set) VT0100   How do you map a sustainable future for you, your family, business, community and the world? One approach is to provide training and hands-on learning about a holistic decision-making process, leadership development, and consensus building. "Mapping Your Way" examines the impacts of this life-changing experience on the lives of 158 project participants.

The accompanying book chronicles a 1995 experiment with a group of ranchers, farmers, and natural resource managers in Washington State, which, if successful, could profoundly alter the way people can take charge of their lives, work, and communities. It covers the project's formation and its first four years of growth and provides a comprehensive summary of the skills learned by the participants.

Winner of The Aegis Awards, Finalist in Training/Education.

Published: August 1999.   Revised: August 2001.
