Rather than bottling and marketing, some wineries find shipment of unfermented wine grape juice in 100,000- and 300,000-gallon lots in the bulk wine market provides an outlet for excess production. Identifies methods, buildings, equipment, capital outlay, production costs, and other factors involved in planning the operation. Tables give examples of reasonable costs and direct individual planning. By adjusting for current pricing, this is still an excellent resource.
