Demand for Washington Fresh Sweet Cherries XB1007   Prior to this report, the fresh sweet cherry market was last analyzed in 1968. The purposes of this report are to: (1) describe current production, distribution, price and fresh consumption patterns; (2) estimate the current (as of 1989) structure of demand for Northwest fresh sweet cherries; and (3) evaluate the growth in demand for Washington fresh sweet cherries relative to increases in production.
