Effects of Burn/Low-Till on Erosion and Soil Quality XB1040   A three-year runoff plot and field study in the annual cropping regions of Whitman, Walla Walla and Columbia counties of southeastern Washington State was completed in 1997. The study compared erosion and soil quality resulting from burn/low-till seeded winter wheat following winter wheat with conventionally managed winter wheat following various crops.
